- Client Vite
A new player in the nutritionally complete food market, Vite seeks to distinguish itself from peers defined by clinical and cold identities. Vite, which means ‘quick’ in French, will define itself with clean but approachable design to appeal to college students and professionals alike, alongside premium recipes and formats designed by culinary and nutritional experts.
With a unique product offering to be revealed soon, Vite wanted a brand system for the company and the products that reflected the delicious and wholesome foods they’re creating that are a far cry from the ‘space food’ powdered shake format traditionally associated with nutritionally complete meals.
To facilitate their vision, I worked with Vite to build a versatile identity system and logo, patterns and supporting material, business cards and stationery, product and packaging mockups, marketing concepts, and a style guide.
2020 lookback:
Vite successfully launched their first product, Vite Ramen on Kickstarter in 2018. It was backed to the tune of $249,000 with a target of $10,000. Since then, Vite has gone through several product iterations, added new lines, and inspired heavyweight competition in the space after basically inventing a new category. Their success doesn’t show any signs of slowing down. You can see the evolution of the identity that started here and even buy the noodles yourself at viteramen.com.
